职位描述：

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in well-known crypto companies, with experience in building up community from 0 to 1, as well as marketing and operations. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong network of industry contacts and resources within the Web3 space.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement within the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging Web3 applications.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to optimize user experience and drive user retention within the Web3 context.

• Analyze user data and metrics within the Web3 ecosystem to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform growth strategies and drive product improvements.

• Manage partnerships and collaborations with other Web3 companies and influencers to drive user acquisition and growth.

• Develop and manage budgets for marketing and user acquisition campaigns within the Web3 ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the communications team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with our target audience within the Web3 context.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user growth and acquisition within the Web3 ecosystem.

职位要求：

. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on the Web3 ecosystem.

• Proven track record of successfully building up community from 0 to 1 within the Web3 ecosystem in a crypto or blockchain industry context.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics within the Web3 ecosystem, including social media, and advertising.

• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the Web3 ecosystem, including budget management and ROI analysis.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets within the Web3 context and identify insights and opportunities for growth.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners within the Web3 ecosystem.

• Strong network of industry contacts and resources within the Web3 ecosystem.
