职位描述：

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Financial Assistant to join our team at zkLink. You will support our financial operations and ensure we remain compliant with accounting standards.

This is an entry-level position, fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.

Singapore citizenship or PR is a must, eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Occasionally assist the CEO with personal administrative tasks, such as booking flights and hotels.

职位要求：

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with basic Web3, DeFi, and related financial technologies.
